Do you accept returns?


Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.




Am I able to cancel my order?


You may request cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. Please provide order number in email.




What if my package is lost, stolen, or returned?


We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If we receive and order back we will notify you, but we are not responsible for shipping cost. In the event you do not wish to pay return shipping, we will refund your order.




How are your items made?


All items are handmade by one mama in California.




Do you offer Discounts?

What is the turn around time?


All linen options are made to order and may take 1-2 weeks to ship. If the order only contains ready to ship items it will ship in 1-3 business days.




Are there items that may not be returned?


The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders Perishable products (like food or flowers) Digital downloads Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
