Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

The times listed below estimate the expected number of business days it will take for in-stock merchandise to be shipped from our facilities and delivered to you. ("Business Days" means Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.) In some cases, merchandise may ship earlier than expected.

Ready to ship items ship within 3-5 business days. If an item is not ready to ship, it may take 2-4 weeks to be completed. Standard delivery is 3-8 business days within the U.S., and 7-14 business days outside of the U.S. We are not responsible for delays once item has been shipped. Orders will receive tracking.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At SewCraftley, the customer is our number one concern. So, we hope you are completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return the merchandise within sixty (30) days of the date of your purchase for an exchange, credit, or refund. In order to assist us with your return, the following terms and conditions do apply.

 

What you must do:

  1. On the front of your sales receipt (enclosed with your purchase), please describe the reason for the return and whether you would like to (1) exchange the item, (2) receive a credit towards another purchase from SewCraftley or (3) receive a refund of the amount that you actually paid for the returned item. If you do not have the sales receipt, any piece of paper will do.

  2. Pack and seal your return in the original package and with the sales receipt, if possible.

  3. Send the package prepaid and insured to us at the address below. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Please note the following limitations and exclusions:

  • You must have a valid sales receipt in order to receive a refund or credit. If you do not have a valid receipt, we will exchange the merchandise for the same merchandise only - no substitutes.

  • Merchandise you return must be unwashed, unworn, and not damaged in order to be eligible for a credit or refund.  Also, items that have been monogrammed, personalized, or used, are not returnable and are not eligible for a credit or refund.

  • If you request and are eligible for a refund, we will refund the price actually paid by you for the returned item. Shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable unless we have sent the wrong item or the item sent is defective or damaged at the time you receive it.

  • We can only offer a credit for the value of the item returned. Once the credit is issued, you have 90 days to redeem the issued credit.

  • We make every effort to process your return request promptly after we receive the returned item. However, please understand that during the holiday season and other busy seasons, it may take several weeks to process your return request and send you a replacement item or credit or refund.
